With a PhD in electrical engineering, Dr. Konstantin Kebkal’s expertise ranges from underwater acoustics to applied mathematics and signal processing. Dr Kebkals studies of the physics of dolphin communication laid the groundwork for EvoLogics Sweep Spread Carrier (S2C) technology for underwater data transmissions. Co-founder of the company Evologics GmbH.
